Today I’m bringing you my D3-FNC or Defense build for group PvP. With the rework it has received in patch 1.8 I believe it to be one of the strongest sets around adding incredible amount of survivability and control over fights to the whole squad through group wide buffs and crowd control. I cannot recommend it enough.

The House
Deadly, Unforgiving, Card Counter

Deadly

Critical hit damage is increased by 15%.

Unforgiving

Missing health segments increase your damage: 1 missing segment +10%; 2 missing segments +25%.

Card Counter

One half of the magazine does 20% increased damage. The half which deals increased damage flips after 15 seconds or when the magazine is empty.

The duration of the buff is increased by 2 seconds for every 3000 Stamina the agent has. Physical Damage: Armor is increased by 30%. Exotic Damage: Weapon Damage is increased by 30%. When at 9000 Stamina, Ballistic Shield health is increased by 200%.

The explosive is replaces with an EMP alternative, causing Disrupt effects to all targets in the area.

Adrenaline

Medkit now heals over 10 seconds and will not stop healing when taking damage.
Critical Save

Critical Save

Use a medkit during low health to increase damage resistance by 20% for 10 seconds.
Combat Medic

Combat Medic

Use a medkit near allies to heal group members and proxies within 20m by 40%.
Precision

Precision

Headshot a hostile to pulse them for 10 seconds.
